Patrick J. Surrena has built a distinguished career in all aspects of marketing and communications. He brings deep experience on all sides of the equation including the client, supplier and agency sides of the business. Having served in senior management positions in those three areas, he is uniquely equipped to understand the business from all areas of the marketing and communications world. Patrick is equally comfortable at the board room strategy sessions as he is rolling up his sleeves and delivering tactical client projects. His specific area of focus developing the correct marketing strategy to be used for the given challenge with a particular expertise in direct marketing including data analytics, list determination, variable data, variable imaging, program design, back end analysis including overall marketing accountability.
His expertise is a matrix of marketing specialties on one axis including strategy, branding, marketing communications, public relations and international marketing; and on the other axis he brings deep experience in more than 30 vertical industries including, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, high technology, software, economic development, resorts, casino’s, commercial real estate, oil and gas, and many more.
